Description: This hands-on workshop will allow you to get experience with 35mm film cameras and professional HD cameras. Learn, not only the fundamentals of camera operation, but expand your skills with depth of field control, choosing film stock, how to use a light meter, lighting and exposure, dolly movements, hand-held operation, follow-focus techniques, and much more. You'll learn techniques to turn your bland images into professional shots that will get you work.

Award winning screen writer Joe Davison, will be holding a two day screen writing workshop from conception to completion. Learn how to develop environments, characters, conflicts and resolutions in addition to proper format and construction.
There must be at least 10 students to run this class.

Tampa Weekend Film School - Two day - Hands-on Workshop
Description: This is the class you've heard everyone talk about.
Film School - On the first day, everyone will attend classes on each of the fundamental filmmaking skills.
Film Competition - Then on the second day, you and your team will go from idea to screenplay, lighting and sound, directing, shooting, editing and DVD Authoring, all with the guidance of experienced industry professionals and the use of industry standard equipment.
Show Your Film - Then, the following Friday night, your short film will be presented to an audience for judging at the Tampa Film Review on Friday the 13th.
